WREN: Women Reconnecting and Engaging with Nature to discuss Campsite and Gear Selection

Our monthly WREN Program will meet again on May 19th at 2 p.m.  In preparation for our first outing, we will discuss how to pick a safe camping location and what gear you would use for different types of excursions.  Items being discussed include tent options, clothing, supplies and more.

This program, led by women, will teach women and girls the skills they need to enjoy nature and the outdoors.  We seek to offer a comfortable setting where participants are open to asking questions and learning new skills without any concerns.
Monthly programs will focus on hiking, camping, fishing, kayaking and basic outdoor skills.  Topics can be added or adjusted based off the needs of the group.
