Read and Explore 7/16: Hiding in the Woods, A Nature Trail Story

On Tuesday, July 16th, Vernal School's early literacy and STEM program, Read and Explore, will feature the story "Hiding in the Woods," a Nature Trail Story. After reading together, the group will explore Montour Preserve to discover the hidden inhabitants of the woods.

Read and Explore meets every Tuesday at Montour Preserve.  This program specifically for preschoolers and their families offers an engaging blend of storytelling and interactive activities.

​At 10 a.m., Read and Explore will meet in the visitor center for a group reading of "Hidden in the Woods, a Nature Trail Story." After the reading, the group will head outside for child-friendly hike aimed at exploring and discovering the local wildlife in their natural habitat.  

Binoculars will be provided for the children to use,
