Join us on November 17th at 3 p.m. as Women Reconnecting and Engaging with Nature learn about nature-based wellness and the benefits of spending time in the natural world with Naturalist Suzann Schiemer. Suzann Schiemer is a PA Master Naturalist and a certified Forest Therapy Guide. During this program she will be guiding the Vernal School's Women Reconnecting and Engaging with Nature (WREN Program) on a journey to discover the health and wellness benefits of spending time in the natural world. The group will explore several do-it-yourself skills that support a personal practice of nature-based wellness. This program will be the first wellness-based activity for WREN which was created to help women foster a connection with nature. Suzann noted that participants should arrive curious and expect to month's WREN program to include Well-being, Restoration and Ease in Nature. Those attending may wish to bring a blanket, beach towel, or yoga mat. Please register at below.
