Women Reconnecting and Engaging with Nature to Hike Glacier Pools Preserve

Following a successful initial hike on Dale's Ridge Trail in Lewisburg, the group Women Reconnecting and Engaging with Nature (WREN) is set to tackle Chad's Trail, a 2-mile loop at Glacier Pools Preserve in Hughesville, this coming Sunday, July 28th, at 2 p.m.

The Wren Program was created to foster meaningful and empowering experiences for women in nature. This program provides a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where women and girls can develop outdoor skills, build confidence, and form lasting connections amongst themselves.

Upcoming trips include variety of activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, and backpacking.
